OSG is committed to Australian money staying in Australia. We see tax as our obligation to pay, and are proud to do our bit for the betterment of Australia.

Supporting Defence members and Veterans
Veterans are a big part of OSG’s DNA, and we feel that more needs to be done to support those that serve, and those that have served.
OSG is committed to supporting defence members and veterans through
- Partnering with Defence to offer career transition pathways and support serving members transition to civilian careers.
- Supporting currently serving members' spouses and working age children gain employment in the locations where their serving partner is posted.
- Supporting Veteran based businesses and Charities to tackle Veteran Homelessness.
Supporting Indigenous Australians
OSG is committed to supporting First Nations People
OSG supports Indigenous Australians through a dedicated Division, OSG indigenous, which aims to:
- Close the Gap on Economic Participation
- Create Employment and Development Opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander People
- Encourage and Support Indigenous Enterprise
- Deepen Connections with Traditional Elders and Custodians where we live and work
- Support the Reconciliation Journey
