OSG Indigenous Services aim is to have 10% of our workforce made up of First nations peoples. We also want to work to help provide meaningful pathways for Indigenous Australians to learn new skills, develop themselves, and build their own enterprises.
We work in strategic partnership with Fields Group who are a part of the OSG group and are a majority Indigenous owned and led business. Fields Group was one of the first businesses to join the Indigenous Defence and Infrastructure Consortium, and is Supply Nation certified.
