OSG People is also the centre of operations for our own efforts to support Defence members and their spouses with shadow posting, as well as transition to Civilian careers, and our Indigenous Employment and pathways efforts.

Owing to the fact that people are one of the most significant security risks to any organisation, making sure that staff are vetted appropriately is critical to any organisation.
Veteran/ADF and Indigenous employment pathways and placements
